Member IEEE and PES.
Samuel A. Boyette, P.E., Vice President and Principal with more than Ten (10) years of experience designing modifications to existing and completely "green-field" substations in voltages ranging from 4.16kV up to 115 kV. His specialty is relay setting development, relay integration and HMI development. Sam has extensive experience with GE, SEL and ABB product lines for both Protection and Automation. Paul D. Gates, CP.E., CEO and Principal with has significant business experience in energy, power production and information management systems. Through his engineering career, he has more than Thirty (30) years of utility experience with project management and the integration of hardware, software, communication, and information systems as well as testimony before the FPSC. Mr. Gates is a Licensed General Contractor, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Demand Side Management Professional (CDSM), and Business Energy Professional (BEP) as part of the Associations of Energy Engineers (AEE).
Paul Kerby. is Vice President and Principal leading Network and RF Engineering with more than 15 years of experience specializing in Network Design, Protocol communications and RF/Microwave Communication as well as all phases of communication technology including network design, wireless deployments, and GPS integration. Complementing this experience is specific automation, control and protective network relay design.
Christopher W. Seelig, P.E., President and Principal with more than Thirty Five (35) years of experience in power system engineering including power generation, transmission, substation and switchgear design. Harry J. Tittel, E.E., Vice President of Operations and Principal with more than twenty five (25) years of experience in the design and engineering of substations, large scale UG projects, OH to UG conversions, transmission & distribution systems and complex electrical systems found in military bases, industrial plants and utilities. Harry additionally has extensive experience with power engineering studies including short circuit, relay coordination, load flow, power quality, harmonic analysis, grounding and lightning surveys, and commissioning services. Paul Wood , E.E., Vice President and Principal with more than twenty five (25) years of experience in power system analysis of commercial, industrial, and government facilities. He has extensive experience with power engineering studies including short circuit, relay coordination, load flow, power quality, harmonic analysis, thermal imaging analysis, grounding and lightning surveys, and commissioning services. In addition, Mr. Wood regularly performs feasibility, financial/ economic analyses, Power Billing Analyses, Utility Rate/Tariff Analyses and Lighting and installation surveys.
